香之森琴酒為日本養命酒製造於2019年1月發表的精釀琴酒（Craft Gin），「香の森（かのもり）」使用日本國產烏樟木（クロモジ），搭配18種植物原料，使香氣融合而產生層次多元的風味。並使用中央阿爾卑斯山脈的伏流水，甘甜清爽，仿佛沈浸在寂靜的深邃森林裡。可作為雞尾酒的基礎，當然也能做純飲。
 
香氣：以烏樟木為主，與其他18種植物原料的香氣相互融合而產生層次多元的風味，並同時可以享受來自「烏樟木」的飽滿風味。
味道：發揮烏樟木的葉子、細枝、粗枝等各部位的特色，植物組成的濃厚口感。
餘韻：感到甜味，是舒服的香氣堆疊而成的 Dry Gin。

 
Kanomori Craft Gin is a premium craft gin released in January 2019 by Japan’s Yomeishu Seizo Co., Ltd. "Kanomori" (香の森), meaning "Fragrant Forest", features Japanese Kuromoji (Lindera) as its key botanical, blended with 18 other plant-based ingredients to create a richly layered aromatic profile. It uses pure spring water sourced from the Central Alps of Japan, resulting in a sweet, refreshing taste that evokes the feeling of being immersed in a quiet, deep forest. Ideal as a base for cocktails, but also excellent when enjoyed neat.
Aroma:
Centered around Kuromoji, the fragrance harmonizes with 18 other botanicals, creating a complex and multi-dimensional bouquet. The rich aroma of Kuromoji stands out beautifully.
Taste:
A bold botanical flavor that showcases the distinct characteristics of Kuromoji leaves, fine branches, and thicker stems, resulting in a deep and full-bodied profile.
Finish:
A gentle sweetness lingers, forming a comfortable and aromatic layering typical of a dry gin.
