​All orders are processed every working day and local orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Please note that orders will not be shipped and delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you through email or telephone.

配送與退換貨政策 / Delivery & Return Policy

​Alcohood（以下簡稱「我們」）為本網站 (https://www.alcohood.com) （以下簡稱「本網站」）之營運商。透過本網站下單，即表示您同意以下條款。這些條款旨在確保雙方了解並同意相關安排，以在彼此保護的基礎上，對我們的服務建立共同預期。

Alcohood ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.alcohood.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 

1. 一般條款 / General​​

視乎庫存情況而定。我們盡力確保網站上的庫存數量準確無誤，但偶爾仍可能出現庫存落差，導致我們無法在您購買時提供所有商品。在這種情況下，我們將先為您配送現有商品，並與您聯絡，以確認您希望等待補貨商品，還是希望我們為您辦理退款。

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. 運費／ Shipping Costs​

運費將於結帳時根據訂單總額自動計算。運費將與商品款項一併收取。當您在本網站的單一發票訂單總額達到最低消費門檻滿 HK$700 時，即可享免費送貨服務至您指定的帳單地址。若訂單金額為 HK$699 或以下，我們將安排透過順豐速運以「運費到付」形式寄出，由顧客自行承擔順豐速運之運費。此費用即為顧客須支付的最終運費。

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the order amount. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. You may enjoy free delivery service to your specified billing address when your order satisfies our minimum purchase amount of HK$700 at our website as specified under your invoice. For purchases below HK$699, delivery will be arranged via SF Express freight collect, and customers shall bear the SF Express shipping fee. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

 

3. 退貨／Returns​​

若您發現商品有任何損壞，請即時拒絕向快遞員簽收該包裹，並立即與我們的客戶服務團隊聯絡。當您在我們配送人員面前親自簽收，或由他人代為簽收時，即視為您已滿意並確認收到的商品狀態完好。

If you find your product is damaged, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. We will consider you satisfy the products when the deliveries will be signed by our delivery staff on your behalf in your presence. 

 

4. Delivery Terms​​

本地運輸時間 一般情況下，本地訂單的運輸時間為 3 至 5 天。

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 - 5 days

 

出貨時間  Dispatch Time

出貨時間 訂單通常會在付款完成後的 2 個工作天內寄出。 我們的倉庫於星期一至五的標準工作時間內營運，公眾假期除外（公眾假期期間倉庫將會關閉）。遇到此類情況，我們將採取必要措施，確保將出貨延誤減至最低。

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

 

當貨物已安排送往發票上所列之原始送貨地址後，將無法更改送貨地址。

The delivery address can not be changed once the delivery is destinated at the original delivery address on the invoice.

任何緊急配送安排均須加收額外費用，具體金額將根據送貨地點及貨物重量而定。

Any urgent delivery arrangements will be subject to additional charges, determined by the delivery location and shipment weight.

 

5. 運輸中途貨物受損／Parcels Damaged In Transit​​

若您發現包裹在運輸途中受損，在可能的情況下，請即時拒絕向快遞員簽收該包裹，並與我們的客戶服務團隊聯絡。若包裹在您不在場的情況下完成派送，請立即聯繫客戶服務團隊以獲取後續處理指引。

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

 

6. Process for parcels lost in transit​​

一旦快遞公司完成調查並確認包裹遺失，我們將立即為您辦理退款或安排補寄商品。

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
