Among the many botanicals used in KI NO BI, tea has always been one of the most beloved flavors. In response, a limited edition with brand-new packaging—KI NO TEA—has been specially released. This edition is a collaboration with Horii Shichimeien, a historic Uji tea producer in Kyoto dating back to the Meiji era. Carefully selected tea leaves were sourced from the ancient Oku no Yama tea garden, which has a history of over a thousand years. Using premium Gyokuro and Tencha—two types of Kyoto Uji tea known for their rich umami and fragrant aroma—this gin has been meticulously crafted to highlight tea as the core element, allowing its refined tea notes to linger beautifully on the palate.
