Bottega Bacur Gin is made with juniper berries, sage leaves and lemon zest left to soak in a solution of water and alcohol for an extended period of time; after this, two distillations are carried out to remove the liquid from possible unwanted tips and to form a beautiful, An elegant distillate of a clean bouquet. The final properties of this gin are closely related to its composition, and its quality and complexity depend not only on the number of plants used, but also on the conditions under which the aromatic compounds are extracted from each plant.
